Commissions revisited

This is a piece I made for my friend’s grandmother in 2012.  The brief was simple – it had to be lightweight and each of the small gemstones has  a significance so pearls for great-grandchildren, sodalite for children and so on.  The eagle is to represent Mexico which is where she lives and I sent it off via Canada to get to her grandma on time.

This is a knitted tiara I made for a stunning bride who got married in September 2013.  It was an immense pleasure to share in her day a tiny bit as I got to see her dress and design a tiara to match what she was wearing.

These are a set of coordinated necklaces and a bracelet for a lovely bride and her bridesmaids I made in September 2014.  It was a rather lovely wedding 🙂

All set up and ready to roll

Here is my corner of the world tomorrow and Sunday at Creek Creative.  I’m really looking forward to the Creek Creative Christmas Fair, 1 Abbey Street, Faversham.  I’ve already seen some of the other exhibitors and there is wonderful ceramics and gorgeous smelling soap.  Adam De Ville is also back with him amazing drawings.
